INDO PERSIAN MUGHAL SWORD SHAMSHIR TULWAR [S & D13]   This is a magnificent quality 17th century Indian Mughal, Tulwar hilted sword Shamshir. Typical Mughul iron hilt with heavy gold koftgari overlay in imperial design of leaves and blossom. Heavy and sharp curved Damascus steel blade with beautiful watering pattern is 27 ½ inches (70cm) long with 9 inches false edge. The sword is in very good condition and is approximately 32 ¼ inches (82cm) in overall length.
